Gadget Show Live Is Returning For Its 8th Year At Birmingham

Gadget Show Live, Britain's biggest consumer tech show, is returning to Birmingham NEC this easter. Between 31st March - 3rd April, 75,000 tech nerds are expected to flood through the doors, and we can't wait to go cover it again!

The show will be split into four areas:

Better Life - Gadgetry to seamlessly integrate with, and improve lives and the home. You'll be seeing a lot of the "Internet of Things" trend in this area, along with some seriously sexy tech in the house of sound and vision (giant 4K TVs).

Power Up – Visitors will find technology with the power to drive their lives forward, everything from mobiles to wearables, fitness devices and in-car kit. Test drive very cool cars in the Car Experience and the latest personal transport devices on the Gadget Wheels Test Track.

The Lab - This is the area we're particularly excited about. The technology of tomorrow that could change your life in the future. Featuring the British Inventors' Project, you can see what the next step looks like.

The Arcade – This is the place for gamers to become truly immersed in the very latest titles on the market, compete against friends (and even against the pros) in the Competition Zone and Minecraft Zone, check out innovative new games in the Indie Mobile & Gaming Pod and take a trip down memory lane with some fine vintage flashbacks.

Of course, Jason Bradbury, Jon Bentley, Ortis Deley and Amy Williams will take to the stage again in The Super Theatre. For those interested in this segment, it's a great little show with prizes being given away every five minutes!

Tickets start from a tenner, and come say "hi" if you see us walking around. We've been plenty of times, which you can check out below.
