New Rising Media Is A News Partner For Frequency Digital Culture Festival 2013

It seems like yesterday that we were covering Lincoln's own Frequency Digital Culture Festival, showcasing the most innovative of digital arts. Being the first event covered by New Rising Media, it's been a huge inspiration in the direction taken by all of us. Now here we stand, two years on, with the second Frequency just around the corner, and what a ride it's been!
