Welcome to the end of your social life as it is: using Kickstarter, the team are pledging for money to work on a pair of LED "'sun' glasses," which project diffused light into your eyes.  They require the cash for injection-moulded parts and circuit boards to create a working prototype, which will then lead to a January shipping date (optimistic).  Let's also not forget that these wearable light glasses haven't had any scientific research to back them up as well.  

There maybe good intentions...but something tells me that these may not catch on.
