Spotified Part 1: Spotify not-so-Open account

We become accustomed to listening to as much music as we please via the on-demand music service without spending a penny.  So it's fair to say the displeasure felt by further crippling the experience we get (by half: 20 hours to 10) is across the board.  But everybody's talked enough.  Spotify's got their fingers crossed in the vain hope that this will convert free subscribers to paying customers, whereas users themselves are voicing an urge to go back to piracy. 

The music industry is already on life support, record labels.  Why bite the hand that is feeding you the most your going to find out of a commodity product?
