PSP Go...Goes away

In a move surprising absolutely nobody on or within earshot of this great planet, Sony has removed it's production of the oddity of a high priced console with no external UMD drive, promising that support and repairs will continue.  So as the Xperia Play takes over the reigns of being the Playstation-slider device we actually wanted, we're left feeling sorry for anyone who's stuck paying the RRP on a game, via download, that is probably available for a fraction of the price as a pre-owned physical copy.  Oh the contradictions!
